Court Preliminarily Approves NetBank Settlement
On July 27, 2011, the United States District Court for Northern District of Georgia granted preliminarily approval of a $12.5 million cash settlement
in In re NetBank, Inc. Securities Litigation, (N.D. Ga. 1:07-cv-2298-TCB).
